We are not a private security company and do not replace an alarm. We provide a trusted physical presence for owners who live abroad, travel often or spend part of the year away from Madrid.

Keys use internal codes without a visible address, and every movement is logged.
We only enter for scheduled visits or under a previously authorised instruction. Keys are never released to third parties without your approval.

Is Estia Watch a security company?
No. We provide in-person care, checks and coordination. We do not provide surveillance, alarms or services reserved for licensed private security firms.
What do I receive after a visit?
A dated report with the checklist, relevant notes and photographs, added to your Property Logbook.
What happens if you find an issue?
We classify its urgency, contact you and act within the protocol and limits agreed with you.
Can you let a technician in?
Yes. The Plus plan includes one access appointment per month. Further appointments are arranged and charged separately.
Is there a minimum term?
Contracting, cancellation and notice terms will be set out in the agreement before onboarding.
